There are No Cancellations / Changes or Refunds for change of mind or circumstance to your order. 1. Order and Early Release PolicyEarly Photo Release Criteria (If purchased 10x13-promo-sitting fee):• To release promotional 10x13 inch photo: pay $100 ON THE DAY photos are taken, OR once you have paid $300 towards your DDR payment plan, contact the office.• To release 10x13 photo & 16x20 Poster: pay $300 ON THE DAY photos are taken, or by the date stated on your form.• Your payment plan must be active and postage paid or added to the order for photo releases.Flexible Payments:• Our payment plans are fully flexible. Feel free to call and make additional payments anytime. If agreed upon we can change payment days and amount.________________________________________2. Direct Debit Request (DDR) Service AgreementThis DDR agreement forms part of the Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with your Direct Debit Request form. By signing the DDR, you agree to the following:Definitions:• Account: your nominated financial account.• Agreement: this DDR Service Agreement.• Banking Day: business day other than Saturday/Sunday/public holiday.• Debit Day: the scheduled transaction date.• Us/We: Picture Perfect (Pic Perfect Pty Ltd), the debit user.• Your Financial Institution: the bank or provider holding your nominated account.Debiting Your Account:1. You authorise Picture Perfect to debit your account as per the DDR.2. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice in writing of any variation to this agreement.3. To defer or alter debit arrangements, you must notify us in writing with at least 14 days’ notice.4. Cancellation of debits must also be requested in writing with 14 days’ notice.5. Disputes must be raised with us first. If unresolved, you may approach your financial institution.6. Some accounts do not support direct debits. Confirm eligibility with your provider before completing your DDR.7. Ensure your account details are accurate by referencing a current bank statement.8. You must have sufficient cleared funds in your account by the debit date.9. Instalments may be processed at any time during the nominated day.If Funds Are Insufficient:• If the debit falls on a non-banking day, it will occur the following business day.• You may be charged fees by your financial institution.• Picture Perfect will charge a $10 dishonour fee per failed transaction, which may be debited any time after the missed payment.• You must arrange alternative payment or ensure sufficient funds for retry.Prolonged non-payment may result in:• Suspension of your order,• Debt recovery proceedings, including legal and credit reporting consequences,• Destruction of unclaimed photos after a reasonable holding period,• A $50 annual archive fee for inactive accounts.3. Your Order and Account Terms• The DDR agreement is for products ordered or preordered (photos/frames).• There are no cancellations or refunds for change of mind or circumstance.• If payments are not finalised, debt recovery proceedings may be initiated.• Outstanding debts may result in a bad credit rating.• If debt recovery, legal action, or credit reporting is required, all associated fees, charges, and costs will be added to your account. These may include recovery agency fees up to 25% of the outstanding balance or $40, whichever is greater.• We reserve the right to vary or waive fees in cases of financial hardship or exceptional circumstances.• Direct debits may stop only after the full balance is paid or, for preorders, with credit held for future purchases.• If payments lapse, your photos may be held for a limited time before being destroyed.• $35 postage will apply to the early promotional photo release.4. Privacy• We will treat your personal and account information confidentially.• In the case of a disputed debit, it may be necessary to share your details with your or our financial institution to resolve the matter.• If your account remains unpaid and requires escalation, you authorise Picture Perfect to conduct a credit report and share your payment default with credit reporting bodies, which may affect your credit rating.
